I was about to toss out the coffee grounds in my drip coffee maker when I found this:

Toss it out -- if the spider's alive, I might take it outside first.
I'd guess it added a nutty sort of flavor to the morning joe. I honestly wouldn't dwell on it. I could, but all it would do is freak me out. Better to let it just go on by, put it out of your melon.
Throw out all the coffee and buy a new coffee maker.
Start sketching your superhero costume. There are going to be some side effects.
Maybe he crawled in AFTER the coffee was prepared. I'm thinking if not, then the water most definately scalded him, perhaps sterilizing him. IDK, it might make me feel icky at first ,but some aboriginal people eat spiders on purpose for protein. I'd just toss it and rinse the machine and make a fresh pot. (actually I never drink coffee even spider-free)
Just one more reason not to drink coffee! *shudder*
